Trip to the Tropics

Have you been looking for something different? Here it is. The word ‘soda’ doesn’t do it justice. It’s more refined. More complex. It’s a lazy afternoon under a Tahitian palm tree. It’s a blend of cumulus clouds and sunshine. It’s real juices, herbs, and botanicals steeped together, lightly carbonated and sweetened with a touch of agave. It’s bare feet on warm sand. It’s all the colours of a rainbow. What would you call it?

Aromas of ripe tropical fruit on the nose. Fresh guava off the top, followed by undertones of grapefruit. The slight tartness of the grapefruit pairs nicely with the sweeter notes of guava for a refreshing and lively blend of flavours on the palate. Notes of hibiscus lend a lightly floral finish that leaves the palate, craving more. Lightly sweet but not at all cloying.
