With a tip of our hat to the world’s first coffee houses, we craft our Turkish Coffee chocolate bar using fresh cardamom and whole coffee beans roasted to perfection by our friends at Ritual Coffee Roasters in San Francisco, CA. We carefully mill the cardamom and coffee directly into the chocolate, capturing peak flavour and smoothness in an unsurpassed expression of confectionary alchemy. 

All of our dark chocolate bars are crafted with care using organic fair trade cacao and sweetened with fair trade coconut sugar. We are committed to making pure, wholesome chocolate with real ingredients, which means every bar we produce is dairy free, soy free, gluten free, agave free, GMO free, and never contains refined sugar. Additionally, we strive to make the earth a better place one chocolate bar at a time, and are committed to utilizing plant-based biofilms, vegetable-based inks, and compostable materials for 100% of our packaging.
