Our Return & Refund Policy

Below, you’ll find our return and refund policy, designed for peace of mind while maintaining the integrity of our products.

Perishable Items

To ensure the highest food safety standards, all perishable items are non-refundable. This includes all food and beverage items. Once these products leave our care, we cannot ensure their condition, which means we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. We appreciate your understanding.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are here to help. Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can address the issue promptly. Kindly provide us with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo of the damaged item and its packaging

We will arrange to pick up the damaged item and offer either a replacement or refund. Please note, claims made after the 24-hour window may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Non-Perishable Items

We accept returns of non-perishable items, provided they meet the following criteria:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, simply contact us at returns@upperbodega.com with your order details and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions. Please note that return delivery or shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or defective.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange a non-perishable item, we’re happy to help! As long as the item is unopened and still in its original condition, you can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that additional delivery or shipping fees may apply for exchanges.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that original delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
