UPPER BODEGA Return & Refund Policy

At UPPER BODEGA, we’re committed to delivering the highest quality clean-label products to your door. Our return and refund policy is designed to protect the integrity of our food and beverage offerings, while ensuring you feel supported in the rare case something goes wrong with your order.


Perishable Items (All Food & Beverage Products)

Due to food safety standards, all perishable items are final sale and non-refundable. Once these items leave our care, we can no longer guarantee their condition for return.

That said, if there is an issue with a perishable item—such as a product arriving spoiled or damaged—we want to make it right. In most cases, we offer store credit or redelivery.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Please email returns@upperbodega.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the item and its packaging

Once we review your request, we may offer a store credit, or redelivery, depending on the situation.

Note: Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for resolution.


Non-Perishable Items

We accept returns on eligible non-perishable products under the following conditions:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

To initiate a return, email returns@upperbodega.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note: Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for non-perishable items that are:

  • Unopened and unused

  • In original condition

  • Requested within 14 days of receipt

To request an exchange, please contact us with your order details. Additional shipping fees may apply.


Refunds & Processing

If a return is approved and meets all criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Important: Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
