UPPER BODEGA Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident with every purchase, and we’re here to assist you every step of the way. Below, you’ll find our return and refund policy, designed for your peace of mind while maintaining the integrity of our products.

Perishable Items

To ensure the highest food safety standards, all perishable items (including all food and beverage products) are final sale and non-refundable. Once these products leave our care, we cannot guarantee their condition upon return, which means we cannot accept them back or issue refunds. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain these standards.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are here to help. Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can address the issue promptly.

To assist us, please provide:

-Your order number
-A brief description of the issue
-A clear photo showing the damaged item and its packaging
Upon receiving this information, we will evaluate the situation. If confirmed, we may arrange to pick up the damaged item and will offer either a replacement or a refund.

Please note: Claims regarding damaged or defective items made after the initial 24-hour window may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Non-Perishable Items

We accept returns of non-perishable items, provided they meet the following criteria:

-The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging.
-The return request must be made within 14 days of you receiving your order.
-To initiate a return for a non-perishable item, please contact us at returns@upperbodega.com with your order details and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Please note: Return delivery or shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is necessary due to the item being damaged/defective upon arrival or an error on our part.

Exchanges

We are happy to facilitate exchanges for non-perishable items.

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
The exchange request must be made within 14 days of you receiving your order.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us with your order details.

Please note: Additional delivery or shipping fees may apply to process an exchange.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets the return criteria (unopened, original packaging, within the timeframe), we will process your refund. Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.

Please keep in mind: Original delivery and shipping costs associated with your order are non-refundable, unless the return was necessitated by our error (e.g., sending the wrong item, item damaged/defective).
